Beta Testing OuterSpatial

Thanks for volunteering to beta test OuterSpatial Mobile; we look forward to hearing your feedback! This document lays out how to get beta builds up-and-running on both iOS and Android devices.

iOS

Organization Employees

If you'd like to beta test new versions of OuterSpatial iOS, open this link (https://testflight.apple.com/join/HrKDmDwL) on your iOS device and follow the instructions.

Once you've installed the beta from TestFlight, you'll receive emails and/or device notifications when new beta builds are available.

Visitors

We're also looking for members of the public to help beta test new versions of OuterSpatial. Information about joining our public beta can be found here: https://welcome.outerspatial.com/help/beta-testing-outerspatial.

Android

Organization Employees

If you'd like to beta test new versions of OuterSpatial Android, open this link (https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.trailheadlabs.outerspatial) on your Android device and follow the instructions.

Once you've joined the beta, you'll install beta versions of the app from Google Play just like you do with non-beta apps.

Troubleshooting

  • If you aren't receiving emails about beta builds, please check your spam folder.
  • If a beta build fails to install, check to see if a previous version of the app is installed on your device and uninstall it if it is. Then try to install it again.

If you run into other issues or get stuck at any point, feel free to reach out to us at support@outerspatial.com.
